Welcome to The Una Circle.

The Una Circle is a SoulWork Mentoring membership community, created to support individuals navigating loss, change, growth, grief, transition and personal evolution through education, reflection, connection and community.

By purchasing or participating in The Una Circle, you agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Purpose

The Una Circle is designed to provide:

  • Educational content

  • Community connection

  • Live group sessions

  • Reflective practices and resources

  • Opportunities for personal growth and self-awareness

  • Ongoing support through a community of like-hearted individuals

Membership is intended as a supportive learning and community experience.

2. What Membership Includes

Membership benefits may include:

  • Live online gatherings

  • Community discussions

  • Educational resources

  • Workshops and guest sessions

  • Member-only content

  • Reflection practices

  • Community events

SoulWork Mentoring may evolve, improve or modify membership inclusions from time to time to better serve members.

3. Membership Fees

Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis.

By joining The Una Circle, you authorise SoulWork Mentoring to process recurring payments using your nominated payment method.

Membership pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

Future pricing changes will not affect existing members unless otherwise communicated.

Any changes to membership pricing will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

There are no lock-in contracts.

Upon cancellation:

  • No further payments will be processed.

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • Access to member content, resources, live sessions and community spaces will cease at the conclusion of your active membership period.

Members are responsible for cancelling their membership before their next billing date if they do not wish to continue.

5. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable.

As membership provides immediate access to community spaces, resources, live sessions and member content, refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Partial use of membership

  • Failure to attend events

  • Failure to access available resources

  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date

If a payment error has occurred, please contact SoulWork Mentoring and we will investigate the matter promptly.

6. Community Participation

The Una Circle is built on respect, trust and shared humanity.

By participating, members agree to:

  • Treat others with dignity and kindness.

  • Respect differing perspectives and experiences.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other members.

  • Refrain from bullying, harassment, discrimination or harmful behaviour.

  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment.

SoulWork Mentoring reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where behaviour is inconsistent with these principles.

7. Confidentiality

Members may share personal experiences, stories and reflections within The Una Circle.

All participants are expected to treat information shared by others as confidential.

While SoulWork Mentoring encourages confidentiality and respectful participation, we cannot guarantee the actions of individual members and are not responsible for information voluntarily shared within community spaces.

Members are encouraged to exercise discretion regarding what they choose to disclose.

8. No Medical, Psychological or Therapeutic Services

The Una Circle provides education, coaching, mentoring, facilitation and community support.

The Una Circle is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, counselling or therapeutic service.

Participation does not establish a therapist-client, psychologist-client, doctor-patient or counselling relationship.

Content shared within the membership is educational in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal or financial advice.

Members are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support where required.

If you are currently working with a psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counsellor or healthcare provider, we encourage you to continue engaging with those professionals alongside your participation in The Una Circle.

9. Personal Responsibility

Each member remains responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing.

Participation in The Una Circle is voluntary.

SoulWork Mentoring does not guarantee any specific personal, emotional, financial, professional or wellbeing outcomes.

Individual experiences and results will vary.

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided within The Una Circle remains the intellectual property of SoulWork Mentoring unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

  • Videos

  • Training materials

  • Worksheets

  • Written resources

  • Frameworks

  • Recordings

  • Community resources

Membership does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Members may use materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell or republish materials without written permission.

11. Recordings

Some live sessions may be recorded and made available to members.

By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge that recordings may occur.

Members may choose whether to have their camera enabled during live sessions.

SoulWork Mentoring will take reasonable steps to protect member privacy when recordings are shared.

12. Membership Suspension or Termination

SoulWork Mentoring reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where:

  • Membership fees remain unpaid;

  • A member breaches these Terms;

  • A member engages in harmful, abusive or inappropriate behaviour;

  • A member's conduct negatively impacts the safety or wellbeing of the community.

No refund will be provided where membership is terminated due to breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to Membership

SoulWork Mentoring may update membership features, content, structure or these Terms from time to time.

Any significant changes will be communicated to members.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulWork Mentoring excludes liability for any loss, injury, damage, claim or expense arising from participation in The Una Circle.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
