No. Most courses focus on "information," which lives in the mind. EMF is about real transformation. Additionally, while we use the world-renowned EMF curriculum, our delivery is focused on Somatic Integration—ensuring the concepts don't just stay in your head but become your new, grounded way of being.
Transformation requires space, but it shouldn't feel like another "chore" on your to-do list. We recommend dedicating 4-5 hours a week: including your module content, your live weekly call, your buddy call, and any exercises or reflections. This will be the best investment of your time and will free up space for the things that truly matter to you with no stress.
Life happens, and we hold space for that. While the real magic happens when we are fully present, all calls are recorded and uploaded to our private platform within 24 hours. You can watch them in your own time and even submit questions beforehand for us to answer during the Q&A calls.
