Spring has arrived!

And instantly we feel excited about the longer, warmer days. Yet nature doesn't make that shift as quickly as we do. It takes time for buds to turn into blossoms. Roots stretch underground before more life breaks through the surface.

Winter is a more introverted season. We cosy up indoors, we are more indulgent and sedentary. Spring, on the other side, brings more light, more movement, and invites us to open up, to other people, to life, to the world, to the dreams we are ready to build next.

Spring is also a season to plant the experiences we want to create in our lives and, for new life to birth, first we need to remove the weeds and create space for the new seeds to grow, bloom and thrive.

SoulWork is delighted to invite you to our Spring Cleanse: Creating Space for a New Season. Three days where we come together as a community to explore how to clear stress, old energy and emotions through somatic movement, inspire you on how a gentle yet profound gut cleanse the Ayurvedic way can benefit your body, and small shifts that will help you declutter your external environment so it becomes a supportive container to hold us you in this season of expansion.

We will meet each day at 7:00am to experience, firsthand, one of the most ancient secrets for vitality: rising with the sun. These 90 minutes will nurture your energy, your life force, for the rest of the day and the season ahead.

These three days are for you if you are feeling:

  • Heavier than you'd like to admit, in body, mind, mood and soul
  • Stuck in the same patterns, willing to shift but not sure how
  • Low on energy, sluggish, out of sync with your own body's rhythm
  • Quietly holding something that feels stressful, overwhelming and you're not sure why
  • Ready for more connection, more life, more fun but not sure where to begin

By the end of these three days you will:

  • Feel lighter in your body, with less weight to carry (emotionally and energetically)
  • Have decided to cleanse your gut and reset your digestive fire, ready to feel clearer, brighter and more vibrant
  • Feel more inspired about your life, who you are, your dreams, intentions and move through them with ease
  • Feel deep and fulfilling connection, to yourself, your home, and the people around you
  • Be ready, in your own time, to plant the seeds of your intentions with no procrastination

Think of these three mornings as a passage. Similar to grief, which asks us to trust that out of a season that closes us in, a new beginning is waiting, one we get to meet when we open our hearts to light and possibility.

Day-by-day schedule

Day 1 · Sep 8th · Clearing What's Stagnant, with Mariana Suarez · Winter has a way of getting stuck in the body as much as the calendar. Mariana leads a movement practice built to clear emotional and energetic stagnancy, so there's actual space to move from here. You will feel lighter, freer and ready to move with grace and confidence.

Day 2 · Sep 9th · Clearing Your Gut, with Mouli McKenzie · Mouli brings decades of Ayurvedic wisdom to create space in your body the Ayurvedic way. Spring is one of two seasonal still points in nature's annual cycle, a signal that it's time to shift gears to keep functioning at our best. After the protein-rich, higher-fat, insulating diet that warmed and nourished us through winter, spring is the perfect time to cleanse the gut, support the digestive fire, and let the liver release stored fat and toxins.

Day 3 · Sep 10th · Turning Outward, with Tash Cook · Winter is introverted. Spring, on the other hand, invites us to open up, toward other people, toward the spaces we live in, toward connection again. Tash closes the series here, with warmth, and an honest look at what it takes to reconnect after a season of closing in.

Bonus Call · Sep 30th · Check-in and Q&A · After a few weeks of integration, we come back together to share what's shifted, what intentions we're nurturing, and feel the support of a community that wants to see you grow and blossom.
