Welcome

The EMF Inner Circle is a 27-week personal transformation program facilitated by SoulWork Mentoring's Senior Elite Mentorship Trainers Tash Cook & Mariana Suarez. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing your enrolment.

1. Program Overview

The EMF Inner Circle is the Elite Mentorship Forum (EMF), a structured 27-week personal transformation program developed by Peter Sage. SoulWork Mentoring facilitates this program as licensed Senior Elite Mentorship Trainers. By enrolling, participants engage with the EMF curriculum as delivered and integrated by SoulWork under that licence. 

SoulWork Mentoring may make reasonable adjustments to scheduling or delivery format from time to time, with reasonable notice provided to participants.

2. Enrolment & Eligibility

Enrolment is by application only. SoulWork Mentoring reserves the right to decline or defer any enrolment at its discretion. By enrolling, you confirm that:

•  You are 18 years of age or older.

•  You are enrolling for personal development purposes and understand this program is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal or financial support.

•  You have disclosed any relevant circumstances (such as current engagement with mental health services) and have been cleared to participate in a growth-focused program environment.

•  If you are currently working with a psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counsellor or healthcare provider, you will continue to engage with those professionals alongside your participation.

3. Program Fees & Payment

Fees are confirmed at enrolment, displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and inclusive of GST where applicable.

Full Payment

Full payment grants access to program materials and community spaces upon confirmed receipt.

Payment Plans

Where a payment plan applies:

•  Instalments are processed automatically on the agreed schedule using your nominated payment method.

•  It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds on each due date.

•  All instalments must be completed in full regardless of whether you continue to actively participate in the program.

•  The total amount payable under a payment plan remains due in full even if you choose to disengage from the program prior to completion.

Payment Default

If a payment fails or is not received by the due date:

•  SoulWork Mentoring will make reasonable contact to notify you of the missed payment.

•  You will have 5 business days from the date of notification to resolve the outstanding amount.

•  If the payment is not resolved within that period, access to live sessions, community spaces and program materials may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.

•  A dishonour or failed payment administration fee of $25 AUD may be applied per occurrence.

•  Continued failure to meet payment obligations may result in termination of your program access. The remaining balance of your payment plan will remain payable in full.

SoulWork Mentoring will always seek to work compassionately with participants experiencing genuine financial hardship. If you are in difficulty, we encourage you to reach out to us directly before a payment is missed so we can explore options together.

4. The SoulWork Presence Guarantee™

At SoulWork, we believe transformation is a co-creation. We bring the structure, tools, community and guidance. You bring your presence, honesty and willingness to engage with the process. Because we believe so deeply in the integrity of our programs, we offer a Presence Guarantee.

If you:

•  Attend all live sessions (or watch approved recordings where available),

•  Complete the core program reflections, exercises and practices,

•  Participate in good faith throughout the program,

•  Reach out for support if you are feeling stuck,

and at the end of the program genuinely feel that you have not received value from your participation, you may apply for a refund of your program investment.

To request a refund, you must submit your request in writing to tash@soulwork.au within 14 days of the program conclusion and provide evidence of your participation and completion of the program requirements outlined above. Each request will be reviewed in good faith by the SoulWork team.

This guarantee exists because we believe meaningful change becomes possible when people fully engage with the process. It is not designed for those seeking a quick fix, but for those willing to show up, participate and do the work.

We stand behind the quality of our programs, and we honour the courage it takes to invest in yourself.

Please note: the Presence Guarantee does not apply where a participant has voluntarily disengaged from the program prior to completion, or where program access has been suspended or terminated due to breach of these Terms.

5. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Places are limited and preparation begins well before each cohort commences. The following cancellation policy applies:

Cooling-Off Period

You may withdraw from the program within 7 calendar days of your enrolment confirmation and receive a full refund, provided the program has not yet commenced and you have not accessed any program materials or community spaces. To cancel within this period, please submit your request in writing to tash@soulwork.au prior to midnight on the seventh day after your enrolment date.

After the Cooling-Off Period

After the cooling-off period has passed, or once the program has commenced, fees paid are non-refundable except as provided under the SoulWork Presence Guarantee (Section 4) or as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

If you choose to withdraw from the program after commencement, any remaining payment plan instalments continue to fall due and remain payable in full.

6. Community Participation & Conduct

This community is built on trust, respect and shared humanity. By participating, you agree to:

•  Engage with fellow participants with dignity, kindness and an open heart.

•  Honour the confidentiality of what is shared within the group by others.

•  Refrain from recording any live sessions without the prior written consent of SoulWork Mentoring.

•  Refrain from any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination or behaviour that undermines the safety and wellbeing of others.

•  Engage honestly and wholeheartedly with the program process.

SoulWork Mentoring reserves the right to suspend or terminate program access where conduct is inconsistent with these principles, without refund.

7. Confidentiality

What is shared within the EMF Inner Circle stays within it. All participants are expected to hold what others share in strict confidence. While we foster a culture of confidentiality, we are not responsible for individual actions and encourage thoughtful discretion in what you choose to share.

8. Not a Therapeutic or Medical Service

The EMF Inner Circle offers mentorship, education, coaching, somatic practices and personal development support. It is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service, and does not establish a clinical relationship of any kind. All content is educational in nature and is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal or financial advice. If you are navigating significant mental health challenges, please continue to engage with qualified professionals.

9. Personal Responsibility

Each participant is responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing throughout the program. Participation is voluntary. SoulWork Mentoring does not guarantee specific outcomes — transformation is personal and cannot be prescribed.

10. Intellectual Property

The EMF Inner Circle draws on two bodies of intellectual property, each protected separately:

Peter Sage's EMF Curriculum

All concepts, frameworks, materials, video content and written exercises developed by Peter Sage and delivered through the Elite Mentorship Forum online modules are the intellectual property of Peter Sage. These materials are commercially valuable, proprietary and confidential. SoulWork Mentoring delivers this content under licence. You agree not to reproduce, copy, distribute, lend, transfer or use these materials in any way that would compromise their confidential and proprietary nature, without the prior written permission of Peter Sage.

SoulWork Mentoring Content

All facilitation resources, somatic practice materials, written content, community frameworks, recordings of live sessions and any other content created and delivered by SoulWork Mentoring within the program remain the intellectual property of SoulWork Mentoring.

Enrolment in the program does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. You may use all program materials for your own personal development only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell or use any content commercially without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

11. Recordings

Live sessions will be recorded and made available to program participants. By participating, you acknowledge this. You may choose whether to have your camera enabled. Recordings are for participant use only and may not be shared outside the program.

12. Suspension or Termination

SoulWork Mentoring reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where:

•  Program fees remain unpaid and have not been resolved within the timeframes set out in Section 3.

•  A participant breaches these Terms and Conditions.

•  A participant engages in behaviour that is harmful, disrespectful or otherwise inconsistent with the program’s community principles.

•  A participant’s conduct negatively impacts the safety, integrity or wellbeing of other participants or facilitators.

In such circumstances, no refund will be provided for fees already paid, and any remaining payment plan instalments remain due in full.

13. Warranties & Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and SoulWork Mentoring. No verbal representations, promises or guarantees made outside of this document are binding. Any prior representations or agreements are superseded by these Terms, which may only be amended in writing by both parties.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulWork Mentoring excludes liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation in this program, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Changes to Program & Terms

We may update these Terms or make reasonable changes to program content or scheduling from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
